Return Instructions
You must follow the instructions below when returning shoes to 2BigFeet.com. Not following the instructions could result in not being issued credit for your return or exchange.
Please send the shoes back, within 90 days of receipt, to the following address:

** IMPORTANT **
The shoes must be in new, unworn condition. Socks and accessories must be unworn and in the original, intact packaging. Hang tags must be intact and still attached. Please enclose a copy of the original packing list or invoice. Indicate on the packing list whether the shipment is a RETURN or EXCHANGE. If the shipment is an exchange, please indicate what style (with color/size) you would like to receive in exchange. If you no longer have your packing slip you may use a copy of the email receipt you received when you placed your order. Packages arriving without documentation including an order number or customer number will be charged a $5/order restocking fee if we are able to locate the order information.
** PLEASE NOTE **
Please re-pack the shoe boxes in a box with packing materials (as they were sent to you). If you need to use additional packing materials we ask that you please use recyclable materials. (i.e. no packing peanuts or plastic air packaging) Boxes damaged in shipping or shoes shipped back in the actual shoe boxes will be charged a $5/pair restocking fee. Please do not tape the shoe box closed.
Ship the shoes back to us using any shipping method you prefer. You pay the return shipping on the return. If you are exchanging for another pair, we will send the exchange to you at no additional cost. We can only do this once per pair ordered. If you have the need to return the shoes a second time then you will be charged for shipping on the second exchange. If you need help with sizing please utilize our sizing chart or give us a call!
