A Mother’s Observation

This item was for my son who says he normally takes a 16 5E. I liked the style of the shoe so much as a departure from the ubiquitous sneakers he wears. I decided to go ahead and have him try it in a larger size 17 4E which was the only larger width available. It fit! He was so happy with them. I’m so pleased I’ll order another pair in the near future!

Speaking on behalf of young people with large feet, it is sad their needs are not being met. I had to plow through scare samples and bear the frustration of having to send things back...who makes decisions about these things??? I wish shoe manufacturers would make it easy (and affordable) for these young people! Have them send in outlines of their feet. Present them with different styles including flip flops, slippers etc. like “normal” people...We contribute and send so much to other countries—please help our own young people...thank you!
