Do Gift Cards Expire?

Gift cards have a default expiration date of 5 years from the date of purchase, but if your gift card has expired just give us a call or reach out in live chat and we will be happy to extend the expiration for you.

You can check the balance of your gift card by sending us a message on this page or through live chat or phone.

Can I use multiple gift cards on an order?

Yes, you can add multiple 2BigFeet gift cards to an order. Once you have added one gift card, click the APPLY button and once it has applied successfully to your order you will be able to add another gift card.

Can I use a gift card and a coupon code on the same order?

Yes, you can use one coupon or promotion code per order, in addition to any gift cards you may have.
