Our Guarantee
We're not going to put a lot of big words in our guarantee to make it sound better, and you're not going to have to read a lot of legal stuff you don't care about. You want to know what happens if you're not happy. Well here it is, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
Wrong Size / Wrong Color / I'm just not happy
Simple. Return your order within 90 days for an exchange or refund. It's that easy. The shoes just have to be in new, un-worn condition and that's it.
Manufacturer's Defect / Quality Problems
We guarantee every pair of shoes we sell for 90 days. Some manufacturers guarantee their shoes much longer than that, and we honor their guarantees as well. If the shoe falls apart, tears, or it has any other manufacturer's defect, we will gladly replace it. If you're not sure whether the manufacturer's guarantee covers it or not, just give us a call!

Returns and Shipping
While we accept returns and exchanges we do not pay return shipping or refund shipping charges. We pass our exact shipping costs onto our customers and cannot make any refunds. Please use our Shoe Sizing Chart to make sure of your shoe size before ordering. If you are not sure whether a specific item will fit, please call us toll-free at (866) 635-1720 and we will be glad to help you.
Closeouts
We have revised our closeout policy to accept returns for exchange only. The closeout merchandise must be in brand new, unworn condition and in the original, undamaged shoe box. Closeouts will not be eligible for refunds.
Special Orders
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on special orders.
