Hi Craig, I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your boots after just a few months. I see that you reached out in live chat on 3/6 at 11 pm ET (after business hours) and we responded within 2 minutes with instructions on how to submit a defective return request for the boots. You sent us your order number in chat at 11:12 PM and we responded with the following information at 11:14 PM. We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm ET, but do often respond to time sensitive and important requests when possible.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the quality of your purchase on your recent order. While our normal returns policy only covers products in new, unworn condition within 90 days of purchase, we do honor all manufacturer warranties.
