Refund policy

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after placing your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or the email address the order was placed under. 

To start a return, visit 2bigfeet.com/returns. Return shipping labels are available to customers inside the contiguous United States. If you are outside the contiguous U.S. or choose not to use a prepaid return label, returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Returns sent back to us worn, dirty, damaged, or unsalable in any way will not be accepted. Socks cannot be returned once opened or worn due to personal hygiene reasons.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 1-3 days if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can do everything possible to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Socks cannot be returned once opened or worn due to personal hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

The first exchange within the contiguous US is free for a new size or width of the same style shoe. If you need to return the free exchange for a refund, the waived $9.95/pair shipping cost each way will be deducted from your refund. Need to exchange a 2nd or 3rd time? Call us for a quote on shipping costs each way. We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return to confirm if the exchange was approved or not.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note: 2BigFeet offers a convenient return service for reasonable use by our customers. Should customers abuse this service, we may adjust its availability.
