Shipping times are estimates, and are not guaranteed. Please call if you need your order by a specific date and we will do our best to help.

Below are estimated delivery times, in business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after your order has shipped. Most orders received before 3pm ET M-F are shipped the same day. Orders received after 3pm ET or on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Refunds on Shipping Charges

We quote our actual negotiated shipping rates on all UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL shipping methods. Shipping charges are paid by us on your behalf to the shipping carrier of your choice and are non-refundable by 2BigFeet, LLC. 

Service Delivery Guarantees

Most shipping methods are not guaranteed to arrive on a specific day. As an example, the only UPS domestic service with a service guarantee is UPS Next Day Air. Service guarantees have exclusions, such as acts of god, delays due to events beyond the shipper's control, non-compliance with service restrictions, additional handling requirements, etc.

2BigFeet does not guarantee delivery on a specific date because we have no control over the transportation process. 

If you choose a shipping method with a service guarantee and that shipment arrives late, 2BigFeet may, at our discretion, submit a claim on your behalf. If approved and refunded to 2BigFeet, we will then refund your shipping charges. This process can take several weeks to receive final resolution.
