All of the footwear featured below is either slip-resistant or non-slip. Please view the product page for more information. If you are looking for the highest rated slip-resistant shoes for use in a restaurant environment please visit our Slip Resistant Restaurant page.

Many slip resistant shoes are treated with protective chemicals by the manufacturer. They may have waterproofing protectants, leather protectants, etc. In order to help enact the slip resistant characteristics of the shoe you may find it helpful to scuff the bottom soles of the shoes. You can do this by scuffing them on concrete surfaces or by rubbing the bottom soles with sandpaper. This recommendation is applicable to shoes with a smooth sole. Our higher rated slip resistant shoes will have a rubber bottom and will not need to be scuffed.
