Great service, product not so much

Boots shipped quickly and arrived quickly, but upon putting the boots on the right one felt odd at the toes but I wanted to give them a chance to break in, I’ve had Keens before and didn’t have to break in but since it was a utility boot it seemed a bit stiffer than the others I’ve had . Three days later of pain and discomfort and I had to stop wearing them , unfortunately you can’t return them if worn so it was a $175 loss. I am how ever going to use some leather treatment and see it it helps any .
