Extremely friendly, polite, professional customer service! I wanted to modify my order and the service representative took care of me like I she was my friend! She had a very thorough knowledge of the products and explained the differences. She brought up some issues that I was not thinking about and made some helpful suggestions

Would give 4.5 stars if I could because its great to find shows in my size that fit well since its so hard to do. 0.5 removed because of the lack of variety of shoes overtime. Yes its nice to have shoes but it'd be nice to also have different shoes every couple of months of so after a long period.

The customer service was the best I have ever received! I have two boys with very large feet. I had ordered two pairs of bogs one size 16, the other size 18. They sent me an email inquiring if I had accidentally order the wrong size(being that they were different). I reassured that the order was correct and they shipped them out. Shipping was faster than expected. And they also gave me a discount that I couldn’t get before I ordered. Best customer service!!
