We are excited to announce that our retail store is now open again to the public with certain restrictions. Masks are required to be worn at all times in the store, for the protection of customers and our staff. See the complete rules below:

Do NOT enter if you are experiencing fever, cough, and/or shortness of breath.
Only ONE customer permitted in the showroom at a time. Please leave friends/family in the car or at home.
Hand sanitizer provided upon entry.
Temperature checks performed upon entry.
No public restroom at this time.
Retail store hours are Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST.
We are still offering curbside pickup for online orders - you can order and we'll email you when it's ready and bring it out to your car. Just choose the "store pickup" option at checkout on our website. Give us a call or chat on our website with any questions.
Shipping Update - USPS and UPS
We are still seeing some delays with UPS and USPS shipments. UPS suspended their service guarantees for all shipping methods in March, and the suspension is still in effect. Most UPS packages are arriving on time, but are not guaranteed. If you need your order by a certain day, we recommend adding a buffer of at least one day to account for any unexpected delays.
USPS shipping domestically has seen some modest delays but USPS international shipping has had such long delays we have temporarily disabled the options on our website. On international orders, we are currently only offering UPS shipping methods.
Our returns process was modified to protect our staff during this time so please allow 5-7 days for returns to be processed. You will be notified by email when your return or exchange is complete.
