Important Update Related to Hours and Shipping
To all our big-footed friends,
We first want to thank you for your continued support of our small business, especially during these unprecedented times. Our original plan was to re-open our retail store this month, however, COVID-19 cases in our county and in the state of Georgia have continued to spike over the past three weeks. Therefore, we have made the decision to keep our retail store closed to walk-in customers, but we are now offering curbside pick-up for local customers. You'll see this option when you place an order on our website.
Our warehouse remains open and we are still shipping all online and phone orders daily, Monday through Friday. We are here for you by phone, live chat, and email.
UPS service guarantees are still suspended, effective March 24th.
USPS services are still experiencing lengthy delays internationally and many countries are not allowing the import of goods from the United States. We'll update our website with this information as it changes.
Our returns process was modified to protect our staff during this time so please allow 5-7 days for returns to be processed. You will be notified by email when your return or exchange is complete.
