Avenger 7876 Composite Toe Wellington

I wore these boots practically every day for over a year. I took them hunting (not good for hill country), fire wood getting, construction, an eight week summer camp, camping, and fishing. I did everything in these boots, even just walking around town. I did put a better insole in them but after that they were good.
After a year of consistently wearing them, the stitching on the sole started busting and the front of my boot sole was catching rocks. The back start to break down and starts wearing on your heels, but after a couple week it stops doing that and is just not stiff anymore. The inside lining at the heel tore and I have to put a finger down in the to get my foot out cause my heel catches on the ripped lining. The tread is almost worn flat. And the side stitching along the shaft of the boots started coming undone, (that's mainly due to side hilling while I was hunting, not advised in these boots.)
But that was all after a YEAR, in the whole year, they worked great. If ya need a cheap boot for a year to be able to save up for better ones, I recomend these boots.

Living in New Zealand is limited for shoe and clothing wear for tall people so being able to purchase boots from 2bigfeet is a blessing. My husband is 6''7 with size 17 feet so buying boots and shoes for him is impossible in NZ they are just not available. Being able to purchase them from 2big feet has made him a very happy man . We buy a pair of these boots every 18 months or so. My husband is a very large man (6'7" and 400ish lbs) and he works hard. These are the only boots that can handle the job. We are 2bigfeet customers for life.
