I bought several pair of these and several of another style and I admit that both were great fitting, I have traditionally worn a size 16 EEE and recently been having issues with Peripheral arterial disease causing my lower legs and feet to retain water associated with the disease, My feet often swell to the point were my "NEW" 17 EEEE and EEEEEE begin to cause problems, I have diabetic style and compression socks each help a little but I was concerned this particular brand mind not fit the foot,, which they do stretch very well width wise , in fact the second pair I wore I found they easily twisted on the foot as I turned suddenly on the carpet barefoot at home so I would suggest one takes care wearing the brand ( and Yes My toe box is larger across then the EEEEEE suggestion for width so my feet are wider then the normal suggested size , when the are swollen these sock slip on quite easily and are comfortable when new and i would recommend with that fair warning to anyone with an average or narrower width
