The Beta is a slip-resistant shoe with an action leather upper making it an ideal choice for work. The Hoss Bubba style toe on this shoe flares wider on the outside making it the widest toe box ever created by Hoss. The fast rebound sculpted insole with arch support is coupled with a strobel board under the footbed with 2 mm of rebound foam. The combination of the insole and strobel board, along with the EVA midsole, will ensure you are comfortable throughout your workday. A cement constructed wedge outsole provides stability and support while keeping you safe with slip-resistant and electrical hazard ratings in both wet and dry conditions. This shoe is 100% non-metallic. Please note that while these shoes significantly reduce the risk of slips and falls in a wet workplace, no shoe is completely slip-proof.
